Forthright was founded by someone who came to construction from the outside - with a background in marketing, sales, and business operations across SaaS and commodity markets, and as COO of a construction company.
That perspective shapes how we run jobs. We communicate like a business, not a trade shop. Estimates are documented. Timelines are tracked. Clients don't have to chase us down for updates.

Gerry Howatt is Forthright's CEO - Customer Experience Officer. He is personally accountable for every step of the customer's journey: from first contact through sales and estimating, the quality of every communication, through project management and accounting, and all the way to the customer's review.
